fmdisplay − program to visualize fms sound files

SYNOPSIS

fmdisplay [filename] [x] [y]

DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the fmdisplay command, which is part of the F Modular Synthesizer (fms).

fmdisplay is a program that prints the shape of previously created fms sound files to stdout. This works for fms sound files in mode 1, 2 or 4 (midi mode is not supported).

OPTIONS

filename

fms sound file; must be specified

x y

dimension of output in characters; unless specified a width of 80 and height of 24 is used
